RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RENTAL PERIOD: Pick up time is __1:00pm__ and return time is __10:00am_ SHARP! The renter will be charged $25/ hour for a vehicle returned late and 1 ½ daily rental rate for each day the vehicle is late. REMEMBER-Other people may be waiting for the vehicle. Please contact our office if you are going to be delayed. No vehicle may be picked up or returned on Saturday or Sunday.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A $250.00 non-refundable reservation deposit is required on all vehicles. The reservation is non-refundable unless cancelled 30 days prior to the start of the rental, then $200.00 will be refunded and $50.00 will be non-refundable.

Security Deposit: A $500.00 Damage deposit is required at the time of departure. Refundable 5 business days of return providing the vehicle is clean (inside and outside), holding tanks are emptied, propane tanks filled and the vehicle is not damaged or abused.

Propane tanks are released full and must be returned full. If not, the renter will be charged a __$25_ service charge to fill the tanks plus the cost of propane at __$1.00___ per gallon.

A dumping fee of __$25__ will be charged if the holding tanks are not empty upon return.

Pets and smoking are prohibited! If we suspect this has been abused a $250.00 each fee.

The following items are PARTIALLY covered: furnace, microwave oven, refrigerator, water pump, air conditioning, and water heater. Should any of these items listed fail to operate; an allowance of $10 per day/per item, up to $70 per item will be paid. This allowance is limited to a maximum of $300 per vehicle. All other items are not covered. These include tv’s, radios, stereos, sofa beds, tires and exterior showers.

All fees are payable by CASH, CERTIFIED BANK CHECK, OR ON A MAJOR CREDIT CARD (MASTER CARD, VISA OR DISCOVER). WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. Full payment is due on the day of departure ie, balance of rental fee, security deposit, and insurance waiver. Fees are subject to a State Sales Tax of 6%.

If any breakdowns occur and repairs are needed: Any repair under $50 may be done. Any repair over $50 must have prior authorization from dealer. Please save and submit all receipts for repairs. Refunds will not be made without a receipt.

If involved in an accident you must notify dealer within 24 hours. A full written police accident report must be submitted to our management upon return. Faluire to comply will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.

All drivers must be 25 years of age and provide proper identification.

Complete operating instructions will be given at time of departure. It will take approximately 45 minutes to one hour.

Fame Rv Center reserves the right to refuse any applicant.

Must have certificate of insurance showing $100,000 libility / person, $300,000 libility/ accident & $100,000 property damage.

TRAVEL TRAILER RENTALS

Plan A- U drive it

You pick it up and hook up to your vehicle and drive away.
You are required to bring vehicle one week ahead of time, so Fame can inspect for proper wiring, brakes, plug and adequete GVWR.

You must have:

7 way plug
Class 3 hitch
Brake controller
Ability to tow with your vehicle
Proper liability Insurance Coverage

Fame takes it to a campground and sets it up for you!

You provide us with paid campground receipt
We deliver and set up the travel trailer
You enjoy
We pick up trailer when you are done.

Delivery and pickup charge is $100.00 each way within a 40-mile radius ($1.75/mile after 40 miles)

Pick-up

Upon pick-up, Fame RV Center will perform a basic course showing how to work all appliances. Also your rental will have the following:

*Clean exterior
*Clean interior
*Propane tanks will be filled
*Holding tanks will be drained

Once Fame has gone over the appliances you and a Fame employee will inspect the interior and exterior for any damage and note it before you depart. At that time you and Fame employee will sign a Checksheet with the noted damage. Any damage found upon return, not noted on checksheet will be your responsability.
